From a client's perspective, it is sometimes difficult to take feedback grades at face value in the LearnCommunity/org library because products go through updates and change from year to year.
The challenge is how can we make sure that the grades and comments are current. Could we at some point filter the feedback grades like we do the admin usage reports for Chrome analytics? Then people could see that a year ago, the product had a C average, but in the last 3 months, the grade improved to a B+, etc. This would mean we don't have to pay attention to when the updates happen in each product; the user can filter as needed.
